Restorative Yoga
Fridays 5 to 6 pm with Teresa Stanley
This style of yoga "restores" the body to its parasympathetic nervous system function, which then helps the body rest, heal, and restore balance.
This is not a therapy class. Students must be able to move on their own and be able to pick up a yoga chair and other light props.
