Before Coming to Class
Maintaining Our Health
To stay safe we ask that you follow these safety guidelines.
Stay home- if you feel the least unwell. For example sore throat, headache, extreme fatigue, upset stomach, coughing, sneezing.
If you’ve travelled outside Canada please stay away from the studio for 7 days after coming home. Ask your teacher for her suggestion about making up a missed class.
Sanitize your hands on arrival
Sign an Attestation that you are fully vaccinated.
Some classes are Mask Optional. All of Kelly’s classes require a mask.

We will strive to offer a make-up class should you stay away when unwell. Speak to your yoga teacher at the studio or by email for details.

Attending Zoom (Online) Classes
Please let the teacher know ahead of time if you have any health concerns, injuries or if you are menstruating.
Waiver forms
We require students to sign a waiver twice a year (January and July).

For students attending online ZOOM classes through the studio: We ask that you download and mail a signed copy to:

You can drop off your signed waiver in the little white mailbox outside the entry door at the studio but DO NOT MAIL YOUR WAIVER TO THE STUDIO LOCATION. Please use the mailing address above.
