5 Day SPRING YOGA CAMP! April 19-23

Five days of yoga from 6:30 to 8:00 a.m. ~ seated meditation, yoga asana (pose work), pranayama ( breath work) to help you deepen your yoga practice. Space is limited. Registration is $55.00 paid in advance to Kelly. No previous experience of seated meditation is necessary to register. Note that the regular 6:30-7:30 Tuesday and Thursday morning classes will be pre-empted April 20 and 22 for yoga camp.

Class Descriptions
All Levels Classes are designed to include students working at either Level I or Level II
Level I Classes introduce the foundational poses and prepare students for the inverted postures such as shoulderstand and headstand.
Level II Classes include inverted poses and backbends as well as pranayama which is working with the breath.
Level III Junior Intermediate I asana - advanced poses which are built on a strong Level II practice.
Restorative Designed to work slowly and with support into Level I poses to nourish the nervous system and balance body and breath.
