Jessica's journey with yoga training began with a 250 hour program. Having dipped her toes in this vast subject she knew it required a much deeper plunge. Iyengar’s method of yoga and teacher training continues to touch her body, mind and heart and she is full of gratitude to have the opportunity to teach and learn from students within this rich and committed Iyengar yoga community.

Jessica teaches the Level 1 Tall Trees class on Fridays from noon-1.

Sarah is in her second year of Iyengar yoga teacher training. With a background in science and teaching, she is drawn to the practice of Iyengar yoga for its sequencing, precision, alignment, and multiple health benefits. Also, the high level of commitment and quality instruction that Iyengar adheres to, appealed to Sarah, as a teacher.   She has been practicing Iyengar yoga for the past 9 years and looks forward to offering beginner and level I classes suited for all ages and abilities!
